Mailsort

Mailsort - this is the name given to a range of postal services offered by Royal Mail to organisations that produce large volumes of mail for delivery throughout the UK.

By processing your mailing we can also ensure that you receive the maximum postage discount through the Royal Mail Mailsort or Presstream services - our custom developed Mailsort software ensures the best possible savings everytime.

Through Mailsort you can make significant savings by enabling us to carry out some of the work that would otherwise by handled by Royal Mail.

At least 4000 letters or 1000 packets must be sent in any single mailing to be eligible.

A minimum of 90% of Mailsort items must carry a full and correct postcode.

MAILSORT SERVICES

• Mailsort 1: A priority service for letters targeted for next working day delivery (equivalent to 1st class)
• Mailsort 2: For letters targeted for delivery by the 3rd working day after the day of posting (equivalent to 2nd class)
• Mailsort 3: For letters targeted for delivery by the 7th working day after posting.
