To be a member, it is required that the DMA Code of Practice and other relevant industry codes must be adhered to.

DMARC accreditation - Direct Mail Accreditation and Recognition Centre
To be a member of the DMA, mailing houses must have obtained DMARC accreditation.

Membership reflects the DMA’s commitment to best practise and the provision of a quality service.

Before any company can display the DMA symbol it must demonstrate that it is operating to the highest standards and is financially stable.
